The Blue Water Foundation's secretariat is located at Blue Water Shipping’s headquarters in Esbjerg, Denmark. The secretariat handles a wide range of tasks to support the board’s work and to fulfil the purpose of the Foundation.

Board of Directors
The Blue Water Foundation is managed by a board of directors, consisting of seven people who are responsible for ensuring that the Foundation's activities and distributions are managed effectively and in accordance with the Foundation's purpose. The board meets five times a year.
